Sunny did a wonderful job of getting us our dream home! When we thought the owners wouldn't accept our offer, he expertly negotiated with them and everyone ended up happy. We have been in our home for 5 months now and still love it! He was very knowledgeable when visiting houses and gave great advice to us for moving and being new homeowners. Thanks, Sunny!
