Sunny is extremely knowledgable about the entire real estate transaction from the mortgage to closing. She helped in all aspects. She was always available for questions and never did I feel I was wasting her time with my basic questions. She gave great advice about negotiating my purchase agreement and helped on out closing when our closer did not have the answer to several questions.
