Sunnie Maxwell

Sunnie has sold 3 houses and bought 2 houses for me and my family in Santa Barbara, over the last 6 years. She always goes above and beyond selling; helping me to stage my homes to look like they are in Home & Garden, put on welcoming open houses (with wonderful food!), helped me with the logistics of inspectors, contractors and always kept me updated on any pertinent information regarding my home, the market, etc. When acting as my sales agent, she was SO patient with all the houses I wanted to see, all the questions I had, and helped the loan officers with any info they needed.
