This was our first time selling a home in MD. Sunita had helped my parents sell their home and she came highly recommended from them. We were not disappointed. Sunita had great knowledge of the MD market and she gave us tips on the best way to prepare for the sale, as well as helping with some staging of the house. Her photographer took fantastic photos of the house and our first (and only) open house went extremely well. We received offers right away and went to closing about a month later. I couldn't imagine a more efficient process thanks in major part to Sunita's expertise. She is an extremely hard worker and truly does care for her clients. I would highly recommend Sunita to anyone looking to buy or sell in the MD/VA/DC area!
