We had the privilege of working with Sunil and his team as both a buyer and most recently, as a seller. On the sell side, we were under a tremendous amount of pressure trying to purchase a property in a competitive Southern California market while simultaneously trying to sell our rental property in Northern California with Sunil. We successfully bought a house in the Bay Area in the current housing market! It took us 35 days from the time we got into the housing market, to getting keys in hand.
