He was incredibly responsive throughout the process, which I really especially appreciated because I have a very demanding schedule and could only make time on nights and weekends. He also went out of his way to make sure I don't end up with unforeseen costs and repairs by ensuring at the inspection that every crack and crevice was noted on the report.
