Our transaction with partners Anita and Sun "Sunita" was about as low stress that it could possibly be in a very high stress family trust situation. Both ladies... * Were highly professional and personable. * Gave honest opinions about our property and what they felt was needed to sell it for the best price. * Regularly evaluated the current selling market and inventory in our area in comparison with our property. * Always replied quickly and were very responsive to the inevitable issues and concerns that would arise. * Extremely competent in dealing with any and all agents involved. * Sold our property in a timely manor, even in a slow/down time in the market. I would most definitely recommend Anita and Sun to everyone for any and all real estate needs.
