Sumner was extremely helpful in navigating the sell of our beloved acreage and the purchase of our city home. We had never sold a home and didn’t k ow what to expect. He was available the whole way. We are so grateful.

Sumner knew my wife’s expectations from the start. She had a high standard for him to reach ad he met it 100%. He was informative, relatable and reliable. We will always be grateful for the assistance he gave us with the sell of our home and our purchase.

Working with Sumner and Kayla Johnson was a wonderful experience! They were patient and helpful at every step of the selling/buying process. They are professional and knowledgeable about real estate. They helped put us at ease throughout the home buying journey. We asked a lot of questions throughout the process and they never made us feel silly for asking. We would definitely recommend working with them if you are in the market to buy or sell a house!!

Sumner was great to work with and always quick to respond! He really advocated for me (the seller) to get my house to close on time. He was great at keeping me informed through the process and never made me feel like my questions were silly or bothersome.
