Summer was very patient and dealt with a first time buyers and young realtors with unrealistic expectations for a 1960 home. After repairs Summer got the earnest money for me. The buyer decided not to take the house after all the demands were met. There were lowball offers al so and then an older couple did buy the house. They were very pleased to get it with: refinished hardwoods; updates to the plumbing, new paint and laminate. This house sold in 2017 but it was not in the best area of Huntsville. Summer did a great job and is really nice to work with.

Summer worked diligently each day to search for houses which met my criteria in a very challenging sellers market. She was knowledgeable about IRS 1031 Exchanges and worked closely with my 1031 escrow company and the closing attorney to assure accurate and timely closing. Summer also sold a duplex for me and rented the property I purchased in a short ten days. She was my eyes and ears when I needed someone working on my behalf as I was in a different state.
