She was very efficient, knowledgeable, and has an outstanding personality. I was in the mortgage industry and would have loved having her send prospective purchasers to me do originate loans. If I ask her to check out something for me she does so in a timely manner. I would highly recommend her to anyone who would like to buy, sell, or rent a property! She goes above and beyond to accommodate your request.

Working with Summer was a great help in the house searching and buying process. When I had questions she was quick to respond and she always made sure to check up with me when we were waiting for things to go through.

Summer was a joy to work with. I was an out of town buyer, and only could make certain visits. She would block the entire day off for me and show me multiple homes. After loosing my mom and sister in January of 2022, my stress level was so high. Summer was my angel realtor, I would not be in my beautiful home with my girls so close without her.
