We made an offer on a home in Oregon while putting our Livermore house on the market. The Oregon contract had a strict time line for our sale but Summer did everything in her power to make it happen. She provided leads for contractors, set up inspections, and answered our questions all along the way. She was always available. She maintained constant communication with us and with our agent in Oregon. There were several bumps along the way but she helped us with every one. Calling Summer was the best decision!
