Sully does an excellent job of helping you determine what will need to be done in order to sell your home. He doesn't require "over-the-top" improvements that will only eat away at your bottom line. He knows how to get the most out of online listings as well, which led to 6-8 showings a week for our home...during late fall and early winter! That is fantastic foot traffic for so late in the season. He was responsive, easy to work with and willing to answer any question we had.
