Sulema was able to sale our house even though we were dealing with the COVID pandemic. She took the time to communicate with me & accommodated our needs which made the sale process easier.

I was very picky. I knew exactly what I wanted and i knew my ideal location, and at times it seemed that it was going to be an impossible find. But Sulema was more than experienced and qualified to handle my demands. With her expertise in new construction and her patience with me overall, things just fell into place. Any question, concern, or slight pause I had, she took the time to pull me aside and make sure that my worries were put to rest. My husband and I started our home ownership journey around the end of December 2017. We are a military family and decided that El Paso, TX would be our forever home, so looking for a realtor was our next step. My boss was in the process of looking at homes as well and referred us to Sulema Mathews. When I called, she quickly called back and so, our journey together as clients and realtor began. We explained what we were looking for in a home and Sulema referred us to New American Funding for our mortgage loan. We worked with a loan officer for about a month or so trying to figure out our finances. Meanwhile, we were searching for homes (for what seemed like forever for a couple who are instant gratification people *insert stressed emoji*) while we waiting for our prequalification letter stating what amount we were awarded. During the process, the New American Funding loan officer was not attentive to us and continued to give us the run around; we ended up changing loan companies. Although New American Funding was the preferred lender for the company Sulema sat with as a realtor, she never pressured us to stay with that company, which we appreciated. We finally came across a loan company, Patriot Mortgage, that was the preferred lender through Tropicana Homes. We ended up finding a home we love and closed at the end of April 2018. Sulema's patience, genuine and steadfast nature, kindness, knowledge, and warmth were what made her stand out to my husband and me. We were beyond blessed to have Sulema as our realtor and would recommend her to everyone and anyone who is seeking to purchase a home in the El Paso area. Without Sulema, I truly do not believe we could call ourselves home owners.
