We would like to personally Thanks Suku for his help in new home buying and we are glad that we had him as a Relator. During the entire home buying process Suku had helped in submitting the offers for multiple homes. He identified and showcased some of the good homes based on our needs. He also supported to walk through the home which we selected from our side. For every home tour he has all the valuable inputs which helped in our decision making. During Covid due to personal issues I had to pull the contract back for one of the home but Suku worked with the other relator to cancel that contract and also went beyond to get the deposit back due to the situation we had been going through. Suku has a great knowledge and experience in home buying. For the new home he participated and attended all the meetings & Walk-Throughs. During the New Home Delivery walk-through, he identified many issues which the builder and the home inspector. He made sure that the Builder took care of all the reported issues before Closing and he stayed very focused through-out the process. During Closing he had a detailed walk-Through of all the documents and closing statements. He explained every line items. Though he had multiple home closing on that day he made up some time to participate in the final home inspection and made sure all reported issues are taken care before the actual closing. His vast experience and support helped us making a home buying a great experience Glad that we had him by our side and thank him for all his support, prompt response, guidance’s and making first Home Buying a great experience.

It was a pleasure for us to have "Suku Pandiyattu" as our realtor in "North Carolina". We currently live in Ohio and need to move to Cary, NC by the end of this summer 2022 and Suku was constantly in touch with us throughout the process. Some of the key highlights were 1) When we are interested in a house and let Suku know, he will do additional research on that house/area and will let us know if there are any issues or drawbacks with that house. 2) Share part of his commission with us which we could use towards closing. 3) Provide live video tours of the home which was very helpful. 4) After the contract was signed, Suku helped us with home inspection, finding the title agency for closing. In addition, he put time to review the inspection report and walked through each point with us. Lastly, he greatly helped negotiate with the seller's agent to fix the issues reported in the home inspection report. 5) Suku also helped in reviewing the settlement statement with us and making sure we understood each line item. 6) Lastly, after the closing, we had to do some additional work before moving in and Suku helped us coordinate with local contractors and got the work done for us. Net, I am really happy with all the above, and I strongly recommend Suku Pandiyattu for buying, selling or renting a house/townhome.
