Sughy was incredibly helpful in finding me a home in St. Pete with a very limited budget. She worked with my banker directly and kept my aware of updates as she got them. The house hunt was a difficult process, especially in St. Pete. Her patience and guidance made me feel comfortable. Even after the buying process she is still helping me with finding new building permit and zoning info. I would certainly work with her again in the future!
