Suellen was excellent in understanding our specific needs and being very patient with us. As a family who had not bought a house in 30 years she had to hand-hold us through nearly every step. She did this graciously and made the buying process a lot less painful because she knew the market and quickly grasped what we did and did not want in a house. We really enjoyed getting to know her and appreciate how she went out of her way to help.
