Sue presented our offer to the seller even though the property was under contract; they accepted us as a back-up offer and eventually sold to us. She kept reaching out to the seller's agent on our behalf until she was able to get a key to show the property to us, followed up on a missing survey, and stayed on it when the other agent needed to reschedule the closing. She showed up for the closing even though she wasn't required to. Throughout the process, Sue responded quickly to every text and call--even on weekends and evenings.
