So, when I couldn't call ghost busters, I called a friend that was still in the Denver Metro area on who he would recommend for helping sell my condo. He had used Sue several times over the years for both business and personal sales and purchases. He stated that he was very pleased with her results. I am glad that he did as my wife and I have no regrets. Sue was great during the whole process, even helped stage the unit with several small items to enhance the pictures as the unit was vacant. She worked with the buyer's plumber to correct two small issues and the on-site condo manager for the showings - the unit was in a secured building. She assisted with helping us price the unit at what we thought was a fair price so we didn't have to wait weeks/months for unit to sell. She had gathered significant background information on the unit and building amenities which we just "reviewed" instead of us having to try and list. Sue even pointed out that the 11 story building had two elevators instead of single elevator as a great sales point over several of the other condos in the area: "During the rare times one elevator is down, there is another one so you don't have to climb all those steps up to top of the building. Plus, when residents move in and out, both elevators are not allowed to be tied up for the moving process." Yes, we would recommend Sue.

There are not enough words to describe how fabulous our experience with Sue was.
