I know it is cliché to say look no further, but really look no further. I would give her a 10/5 if I could so I'll settle for a 5/5. Sue is one of the best agents I have ever dealt with. She made the entire process as simple as reading this review. We were out of state buyers looking to buy a home. We had a bunch of requirements for a home. She went to homes, recorded her walk through and sent them to us so we could see the homes. We flew down from central New York for 4 days (2 days to actually look at houses). She had the perfect plan. She mapped out the homes in such a way that we looked at about 16-18 homes in those 2 days. When it came to buying she guided us in a way that made us put our best foot forward. Even stating that she would highly recommend we not do something. In taking her advice it paid off we got the house we wanted. During the process she kept us very up to date on the goings and comings of our home. Even after she has been a great resource for things we wouldn't think of never having lived in the state. You can't go wrong with Sue as your agent.
