Where can I begin. From the very first time I met Sue, starting this whole process of home buying, I felt at ease. Im not just saying that. Sue has such a warming personality, and I assure you, there is no such thing as stress in her life. In every situation, she smiles, except for when someone is messing with her client (me) lol. She will defend you at all costs and LISTENS to every single request you have. Don’t believe me? Sue asked me what kind of home am I looking for. I had notes in my phone, and she whipped out a notepad. Thats when it got serious lol. I told her I wanted a home in the country, a dirt road, a place for me and my chickens, a lot of grass, a gorgeous home, a place for me to purchase local honey, friendly neighbors, and good eats. The first home Sue showed me, I mean the very first home she showed me, is the one I purchased. I can guarantee you will not find another realtor who listened so attentively, where she literally checked off every single box. You’re probably wondering how she was able to find “friendly neighbors”. Glad you asked. My idiot self decided to go down a dirt road when she was showing me the home I am in now, and I got stuck. It was only my second time coming here. I got lost. Even though I was slightly upset, when she arrived, she showed NO signs of stress, even laughed it off and said no problem. Around here, just ask anyone with a truck and they will gladly pull you out. I did not believe it. WELL WHAT DO YOU KNOW. My next door neighbor pulled me out and when it was all done, he said “Everyone needs a hand every now and then”. Now this same neighbor has helped me with my lawn, told me about ways to cool my home, let me borrow his sprinkler, and just makes sure I am good. Sue is awesome. (Finished Review on Google).
I can’t say enough about our working experience with Sue. She was responsive, genuinely cared about myself and my 8 year old daughter. She caught a mistake on the closing documents and an additional 800 was returned to us which really helped with the move. Thanks for everything Sue!!!!
