Work with her! She is your friend and your partner during the buying process and will not let you get swindled into anything. Trust me, she knows more than you and will teach you anything you don't know. Having her in your corner will guarantee a good experience, even if you don't get the perfect house. Sue wants to get the right house for you and never pressures you along the way. We went through multiple choices and she was quick to tell you that it might not be a great option. She has a complete understanding of what a home should have in terms of permits, safety, and material used, things I would have never ever thought of. We will surely use her if we ever decide to buy again or sell our current place. Sue has even been available after the purchase of our property. Being new home owners, we knew next too little and can always text her with a question and she is happy to respond.
