These range from finding contractors, helping with home warranty information, and advising home remodeling projects. She is realistic and has a great intuition for what selling price will work. Sue Ramminger is hands down the BEST real estate agent in Austin. It would be a mistake to use a different agent. I went into my home buying process being very naive and uneducated and she guided me through out the entire process with extreme expertise, knowledge, professionalism, and responsiveness. She worked relentlessly to make sure that my needs were always taken care of and that my best interest was always in mind. I could not recommend Sue enough. Sue was amazing throughout the whole home buying process! Extremely responsive and willing to show houses at a moment's notice, didn't hesitate to tell us when a house was bad, and very knowledgeable about Austin homes. She was very helpful as a first time home buyer, and made sure all parties met all of their obligations on time throughout the contract period, and was always able to give me clear explanations for any questions I had. In addition, she always had my best interests in mind, and negotiated on my behalf with much more skill than I would have been able to alone. Her recommendations for contractors/inspectors/engineers/etc are also invaluable, and she's continued to be helpful after closing on the deal as well! I have no idea how we would've done it without her.
As a small new business finding a home was very difficult. I went through two different realtors and wasted almost two months. Getting poor communication and slow responses. Sue was outstanding in every way. I had listed the house months earlier with another agent and in six months had relative few showings and no serious offer. I switched agents to Sue and she suggested a small amount of work to prepare it for listing; she staged the house and her husband took photos, all at no additional cost. Then when the listing went live we were in multiple offers within 24 hours, and ended up selling it for more than $20,000 above ask. I've sold a number of houses before and had never realized how much difference the listing agent could make. I've now used her in four transactions and doubt if I'll ever do a transaction in central Texas without her. Sue is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what to do, how to do it, and referrals for tradesmen who'll do the work right at a good price. She does her own staging and photography at no extra cost, both of which are better than the vast majority of properties I've seen and definitely better than any I've had done before.

Were to begin, I meant Sue about 4 years ago. I was looking to rent a home she was managing. Though my credit was awful, we discussed it and she decided to give me an opportunity/chance. In the beginning she stated that we will get your credit back up and we will get you into a house. About three years went by very quickly and a deployment. After coming home Sue said its time we look at getting you guys moved into your own home. I gave her a laundry list of specifics I needed, Ranch Style, minimum 3 bedrooms, in the Round Roc, Georgetown area, rental ability for the future, a yard, 3 car garage, large kitchen, New construction and of course low payments. 24 hrs, yes 24 hrs is all it took, she called me and said I want you to come look at this property. Within 36 hours from our initial conversation we were under contract for our new home. I cannot belay to you her professionalism and honesty. It is hard to find good people in the Sales World and she is defiantly one of them. She is an exemption to the rule and will be honest with you and tell you if your dreams are to big now and find you solutions to what you need to be happy in your new home. A true Professional.
Sue was more than just a realtor. She was a Godsend. During a difficult time of my life, she was always there for me with sound advice and professional guidance in the home buying process. I never doubted that I was more to her than just a client and that she always had my best interest in mind. She knows more about home construction and codes than most general contractors. She helped me find the very best possible home for me and my family. I cannot recommend her enough.
