Sue was a great guiding force during our first home buying experience. She has lived and worked in the area for many years. As we were in the process of hunting she gave us great strategies for submitting our offers in the hot Austin market. Sue explained the process each time we had questions and was communicative about next steps. Once we became under contract for our home we really saw how her relationships with the seller (like Zillow) came into play. We went with a lender we knew and not one she recommended. Once we had issues arise with the lender, she remained professional and focused on closing us on our first home. Papers were finally signed, she came to the signing and even helped us re-key our locks on move-in day. Honestly - if you need a professional who's got a backbone and a funny bone to get you through the door of your first home or out the door to your next - hire Sue Ramminger. I'm glad we did!

In this market, in Austin, you need someone like Sue on your side. Unfortunately, there are lots of people getting into real estate just to make money since Austin is such a hot market. Sue, on the other hand, has been doing this a long time and there's a lot to say about her that I could go on about, but there's really only a couple I need to say. 1. Professional. You will not find a more professional realtor-or a person for that matter. Our lender turned out to be, well, less than professional. Most people would have called him and said what needed to be said to his face (I know I did), but not Sue. She was always professional, every single conversation. I'm a professional, but even I lose my cool at times. Nope, not Sue. Not ever. 2. Caring. Sue really cares about her clients. Sue wants you to be happy, and love your home. The original realtor we worked with was not as professional as Sue. This person would more or less throw something in the air and hope to hit something. Sue on the other hand, zeroes in and makes sure to get it done. I cannot recommend her enough.

I couldn't imagine a better realtor! She helped us to do the things that we needed to in order to get the best price for our house. She was very informative and explained everything to us throughout the selling process. The key thing in dealing with Sue is to listen to what she says and do what she recommends. If you do that you will get the best offers on your house. I know we did! If we ever move back into the area I wouldn't even consider using a different realtor.

Work with her! She is your friend and your partner during the buying process and will not let you get swindled into anything. Trust me, she knows more than you and will teach you anything you don't know. Having her in your corner will guarantee a good experience, even if you don't get the perfect house. Sue wants to get the right house for you and never pressures you along the way. We went through multiple choices and she was quick to tell you that it might not be a great option. She has a complete understanding of what a home should have in terms of permits, safety, and material used, things I would have never ever thought of. We will surely use her if we ever decide to buy again or sell our current place. Sue has even been available after the purchase of our property. Being new home owners, we knew next too little and can always text her with a question and she is happy to respond. We tell our friends that our two favorite people to work with is our Realtor and our Dog trainer! Thanks Sue, you rock.

BEST AGENT EVER! My husband and I wanted to see what we could get for the house we loved. The real estate market had slowed down a since the 2021 peak and we weren’t sure if we could get what we wanted for it. Sue was recommended to us by a neighbor who’d sold his house, getting over asking. Sue came in, loved the upgrades we had done, made some suggestions on what to fix or change to simplify the selling process and we were off to the races. :D In the first 3 days on the market we had 6 offers. Sue then went through each offer showing us which were the strongest, not necessarily because of the $$$ but their funding, and other options that make an offer strong. We learned more from Sue in the process than from two previous agents. Sue went above and beyond what one might think a realtor should do, she EARNED her commission! While we were working together Sue had other sellers contact her wanting to know what she was doing different to sell her houses while other agent’s listings just sat on the market for weeks. I can tell you it’s Sue’s care-factor. Sue is the buyers/sellers best friend in this real estate market. So grateful to get to know and work with her.

I was throughly impressed not only with Sue's market knowledge and professionalism, but also her expertise in houses from manufacturing to repair and maintenance, her dedication and passion for her work, and her sober realism. I started to work with Sue towards the end of 2020 as the housing market was starting to dramatically shift and we worked through this chaotic transitionary period in Austin where appraisals lagged behind values, people were making offers substantially above asking price, where option periods shrank to a couple of days, and appraisal waivers were expected. Sue worked tirelessly to not only show me properties and had a keen eye for red flags to look out for. When we finally went under contract, it was her profesionalism that won it -- in fact there were other offers that came in higher than mine but it was the strength of my agent that set us apart. Amazingly, even after closing on the property, Sue went above and beyond and helped get me set up with some repairs and maintenance. During this experience, Sue was not just helping me purchase a home, but was a mentor and I learned so much from working with her. Working with Sue was a lifechanging experience for me and I am truly thankful to have met. This was my first home purchase and I got so much more than the house itself working with Sue than I could have ever expected.
