Sue Podany

Sue is very knowledgeable of our local market and professional in all matters.

One of the reason's we chose Sue is that she was very respectful of our wishes and did not try to talk us into anything but instead gave us suggestions to show the unit in the best possible way. She listened to what our goals were and worked with us to find the best solution. She is such a personable person that we knew she would be ideal in greeting prospective buyers and making them feel welcome and relaxed. She is one of the most friendly persons we know. We also very much appreciated she liked the HOA and the unit we were selling as it showed in her effort to sell the unit. Sue did a great job finding out what was of interest to the prospective buyers which greatly helped bring the offers in. We also chose Sue because we knew she would communicate with us throughout the process and keep us informed. Great job Sue!
