She did everything for us to include finding handymen, painters, gardeners...She oversaw all work and ensured our home was in mint condition for the sale. Sue was a complete professional throughout the entire process. We have worked with quite a few realtors over the years, and Sue was by far the best, most responsive, most helpful, and most professional of them all. I would highly recommend Sue!

Sue worked with our property on an "as is" basis, since we were not in a position to invest a lot in upgrades (although we did a few affordable repairs that she recommended). She worked directly with the contractor and kept him on the job. This was much appreciated since we were living out of town. We took her advice as to the asking price which at first I was afraid was too high, but she managed to get an offer for the asking price! We took it and the house sold. I really appreciated her professionalism and guidance through the process (I would certainly have been lost trying to sell it myself). Thank you Sue! Oh yes, she is also a very nice person with a sincere desire to do right by her clients.
