Sue Kent

Sue is very professional, responsive and attentive. She is knowledgeable about the area, has lots of contacts for trades people, etc. She is easy to reach, even on weekends and evenings. We were very happy with her during the entire process. Sue helped us arrange for someone to pick up bulk trash and remove leaves prior to closing. She met numerous times with the inspectors, buyer's realtor, etc., since we were out of town most of the time. She even hauled our garbage cans in for us. She acted as our power of attorney for closing, delivered gifts for us and went way out of the way for us. This is the second time we used Sue and would certainly use her again.
