Best agent I’ve ever had !!

This is the 6th house I’ve bought and sold I have never had an agent this good. It took only 2-3 showings for her to understand what we needed. Additionally she perceived that although we were looking we mentally were not ready to accept downsizing but kept happily showing houses. When we did make an offer her experience in writing the offer saved us nearly $4000 in closing costs and then $4000 off the purchase price negotiating for items needing repair. She will have the listing for the house I will now sell.
