We met Sue by chance through an anonymous Zillow house viewing. From the start it was clear this house was not for us, Sue read the room right away and recommended us to home and neighborhood better suited for our needs. Although it took a few rounds of house viewings and rejected purchase proposals, we found the dream home we never knew we wanted. Sue was very receptive to our asks and had a lot of market knowledge of the area. She was transparent and communicative across the entire process. Not only was she a true professional and took pride in her craft, she was also warm and welcoming. Genuine and easy to talk to, always giving us good advice and keeping us abreast to next steps.
