Glad I didn't try to sell my house myself to save money.

I originally was going to sell my home myself, then after hearing about real-estate agents I trust I decided to try them out. My house wasn't prefect and needed some work, and wasn't even in a great neighbor hood. But to my surprise in nine days the house was shown 20 to 30 times and had 3 offers 1 of which I accepted all in 9 days with little to no effort by me. I would defiantly recommend Sue Hale as she was able to get the foot traffic required to find a buyer in little time and leave me free to focus on work and family without the added burden of selling a house.
