Sue Gould is exceptional, both as a realtor and human being. She helped my elderly Aunt sell her house after my uncle died. My Aunt was in a very stressed state, needing guidance and support. Sue stepped in as a family member would to help, because I was the closest relative to my Aunt and even I was out of the state much of the time. She took care of fixing things often at no cost to my Aunt and also driving my Aunt to appointments and apartment hunting. Sue worked her tail off to sell my Aunt’s house with multiple open houses. And, she priced the house right when other realtors were trying to persuade us that it wasn’t worth what my Aunt thought it was worth. But Sue knew the caviats of the neighborhood, and because of her pricing, my Aunt probably gained more than 80K more than she would have with another realtor. Sue Gould is top-notch. No doubt about it.
