The first time that I tried to buy a home, I used a different agent who talked me into buying a short sale. I didn't get the place because I felt that the realtor was not prepared with everything needed to close on the house and regretted it. It seemed that he was not out for my best interest, but Sue was a much better Realtor and made me feel like she had my best interest in mind. I have a very busy schedule and it was hard for me to find time to look at properties and Sue was able to accommodate my busy schedule. She also was very organized and had multiple listing lined up for each outing looking at properties. Sue was very knowledgeable about every area that we checked out and there were a lot of different areas that I wanted to look at. She made buying my first home easy and helped me gain knowledge for the future. I will use her again in the future to buy or sell.

My wife and I couldn't have more pleased with Sue during the whole process, from meeting her for the first time to the last meeting after the sale of our property. Her availability, work ethic, knowledge of the market were refreshing. I recommend her for sure.

Sue was amazing to work with from the start! She is very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and personable. I felt very comfortable knowing I had someone who truly cared about and represented my best interests, I trust her completely. Sue listened to me, made suggestions along the way, asked questions of owners/realtors that I wouldn't have thought of, and pointed out things in homes/areas we looked at that I hadn't seen/realized. She went out of her way to coordinate some things with the owners of the house I did purchase, due to the owner's realtor not being responsive, and she fought for me with the lending company when they made an error in my closing costs. Sue is someone with integrity and class. I will definitely use Sue again if I go to buy/sell and I highly recommend her to anyone.

I wanted to take a moment to confirm what a fantastic experience it was working with Sue. I was a first time home buyer still fairly new to the SD area and Sue was terrific at working with me patiently to look at a range of properties in different areas. Sue brought a lot of knowledge to the table about details I was not even thinking about. End result is we found a place that I was not even going to look at but Sue had paid attention to what I said I wanted and sure enough the house I was not even going to look at is now mine! I moved in last weekend and could not be happier. Thank you for being a terrific guide through a intimidating process, Sue was always available when I needed her and I always felt like we were working to my interest and benefit. Thank you Sue!!!!
