Selling due to a divorce. It was a difficult experience she made a lot easier. Great communication. Great attitude. A pleasure to work with. She is apparently available at the oddest hours. :)

Sue was very professional and friendly. When we listed our home we had already moved out. She was always helpful making sure we had items completed from the inspection were done. She would take photos of completed work for us and message them to us. Besides being professional and friendly, she was always prompt at returning phone calls or messaging. When the photographer came to get photos, Sue got there early to help with last minute staging. The home sold quickly and closed on time. The photographer that her company works with is awesome. If you are looking to sell you home, I would highly recommend Sue Fohr.

Sue works personally with you and makes the whole process easier. She knew my mom was emotional about selling her home and Sue held her hand through all the bumps! She got the house sold after many others couldn't! You want Sue to sell your house or to find your new home! She is kind and caring while being professional!
