Sue was extremely proficient and knowledgeable with what it took to get a home ready to list and sell fast. She has excellent detail and knew the area and market quite well. I highly reccommend working with Sue for a smooth, quick and easy transaction. Within the hour of talking with her about my home, she had neighboring comps pulled, scheduled a walk through and contacted her photographer to do aerial, interior, exterior photos.
