It was wonderful to have Sue as our agent again. It was the second time we listed a home with her and both experiences were fantastic. Her familiarity with the market and trends in our area was so helpful in listing and selling our home. It was important to us that she asked questions about ourselves and what we hoped to achieve. With that and her knowledge of the difficulties in the market at that time she presented a sensible plan for us. Sue was easily accessible and stayed in constant communication with us through the entire process. She has many years of knowledge and experience at her fingertips to answer any questions or concerns we had. She is a consummate professional, resourceful, well respected in the community and friendly to boot. It was a pleasure working with her. I highly recommend Sue to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
