i thought it would be difficult selling my house so i kept putting it off. Ms. curry explained every step in the process clearly and i wish i had started it months earlier. Her recommendations, of changes I should and shouldn't make, saved me much unneeded work and expense since, at the closing, the buyer said what his plans for the house were and what i was going to do would not have helped
