As a self reliant independent professional, I was on the fence about using an agent at all. In today's modern information age the self-listing the sale is immedialty available to everyone. So the initial thought is "I can do this myself...what do I need an agent for". And I probably could have....but it would have been like all of my other DIY projects. It would take me 10 times longer to do everything. I would do a few things wrong and probaly miss at least a few crucial steps that would have cost me money and added delays. To be clear I am one of the most miserable, skeptical, untrusting, frugal jerks in the world. There is literally nothing the Crowly team did that I had an issue with. It is very rare that I can say someone delivered perfect service BEYOND expectations. I would also add that this is the first actual TEAM of people and subject matter experts you are hiring- not just one single person trying to do it all.
