It's common to hear negative house searching stories or negative reviews on realtors. Sue Crawford will not be in that type of conversation. She loves her job, as she flips houses on the side, so she knows what she's talking about when explaining the potential of a house when showing it. My husband and I had a great experience working with Sue. She was always prompt in getting back with us either via text or phone. Sue answered our questions as thoroughly as possible about houses we were interested in and she even would work her magic so that if we mentioned a house we wanted to see in the morning she would see about getting a look at it that evening. One thing I really liked about working with Sue is her honesty. She didn't try to sell a house that she knew wasn't going to make us happy or didn't fit what we wanted. Sue also brought up details about a house that I would never have thought of before - for example, me and my husband were so excited about the possibility of a house that we wouldn't see certain details that could ultimately cause us to regret our decision down the road. She would point out those details to make sure we would be happy with them or not. We ended up buying a house that we've been in for 2.5 years now and we love it and the neighborhood.
