We used to live in an area where homes are very expensive and agents work VERY hard because they make a lot of money! When we came to Ky. we thought it would be the same. We buy and sell houses for a living. And in 8 years we have used 4 different agents and talked to more than 50! We have NEVER been happy with any of them!!! Our expectations are very high because of the agent we had in Washington. But just talking to Sue Ann over the phone we knew things would be different! She was exactly what we had been looking for. We will continue to buy and sell houses, but we won't have to look any further for a good agent to help us! Sue Ann is the very very best!! Believe me, we have experienced them all! Some promise to do good and then they never even show up!!! And you still have to pay them $5000 to do nothing!!! Don't use anyone else but Sue Ann! I am not being paid to say this and I never knew her personally before our home buying experience. She is just outstanding and deserves the praise for her hard work!

since i am in florida and selling the house in kentucky, it was imperative that i get a top notch agent to handle everything. sue ann did that and more. i could not have found a better agent. her name was given to me by a real estate site that said they would give me the names of the top agents in murray. after receiving sue ann's name and talking to her, i was positive that she was the agent for me. sue ann went above and beyond what was expected of her as an agent. she actually cleaned the house before viewing, and she set up workers for repairs and met with them to make sure all was done properly. over the years i have sold many properties and i can say without a doubt that sue ann stevens is the best agent i have ever encountered and she is even a better person who really cares about her work and the people she is working for. sue ann stevens is absolutely the BEST. i would HIGHLY recommend her if you are looking to buy or sell a house in her area.
