Sue-Ann was extremely proactive throughout the entire buying process- from our very niche home spec requirements to making sure I kept up with all closing documents. Her negotiations with the sellers alleviated any hassles that would have popped up after closing. She was extremely knowledgeable about the area and made sure to show me homes that would spark my interest and remained within budget. I would not only recommend but work with Sue-Ann a million times over!!
