SK sir has been very proactive about helping us find our first house in a market which is difficult to analyze as a 1st time buyer. He and his team have guided us well during the search as well as negotiations phases.
Here is why I recommend SK as your realtor 1) Highly knowledgeable in all aspects of home buying process. 2) Will help and guide you, starting with your home search till closing and beyond. 3) Has helped us in identifying tax miscalculation in one of our closing documents which if not pointed out by SK, we would have not known and would end up paying higher property taxes. Thanks to SK who stood on our side, went through all the closing documents, asked the right questions at right time saved us a lot of money.

Sudhakar did not ever force us to put an offer or see a property we did not like , he respected our opinion always.
He was very kind and patient and answered his calls to answer questions no matter the time of the day.
Bought a property in Austin and Sudhakar was my realtor. He was honest during the entire proceeding and was very patient in the entire process of searching for a house. He is pretty knowledgeable in Austin Area and didn't push us to buy a property. He showed us quite a few properties and helped us evaluate the property by the location, value and what I can expect from it now and few years down the line with extensive market research. He helped us connect with the right parties for the inspections and followed it up with us with the right education thru out the process. At the end it was really a nice experience working him and had even referred few of my friends to him and they all bought the properties and happy working with him and thanked me for a good referral. Kudos Sudhakar and keep up the good work.
Excellent communication and professionalism. It was a pleasure working with Sudhakar
