Your organizational skills and keen eyes were spot on. I followed your List to the T and you had this place sold so fast we didn't need the brokers open house. We had people about every 15 minutes up until 8 pm that night and it was a done deal by the next day. Amazing and your assistant Lori answered every call and question. On top of selling our home you also found a condo for our son in the local area coordinated the 2 escrows simultaneously . You have more than exceeded our expectations .
