We met Sue over mailings and phone call s approximately 15-20 years ago. Periodically she would call or drop by with small gifts during the holidays. We knew that if we would ever sell our home she would’ve our agent. Her newsletters also kept us informed on real estate changes, etc. after 23 years we finally decided to make the move and retire to Henderson Nevada. We never thought of calling anyone else. After the phone call we met with Sue and began the process. She held a very successful open house that generated. several offers. Then we hit a snag with the virus and things changed. Although changes were made in relation to the showings we managed to get 40-50 during this pandemic. With her real estate knowledge she was able to send only qualified buyers which worked out great. She guided us through the offers and finally we sold. The sale was a smooth transaction, again owing this to Sue. We have a rental home in Rancho Cucamonga that we are also contemplating selling and she will be the agent to receive the listing.
