Stuart and his team helped us to sell our home in a wild market and we could not have done it without them! I am grateful every single day that I met Stuart Wann. To say that he is honest and goes above and beyond for his clients is a vast understatement. His dedication and the way that he genuinely cares about his clients is truly remarkable. I had been house hunting for 9 months. I was moving from NorCal to the OC, so flying down to see houses was challenging. Then I met Stu.   He told me to focus on finding the right area and he would find a house for me - even if he had to go knocking door to door. I had been through a few realtors, so I was skeptical. I actually didn't believe him. But I am happy to say that I was very wrong. He showed me a community in San Clemente that I fell in love with. He looked at me and said "is this the community you want to live in if I can find you the perfect house?" I will always remember that moment. I said yes, and he said "okay then I will make it happen." And he did. He knocked on every single door in the community.  More than 50 of them! Until he found a seller. The perfect house just as he promised.   In the months that followed, he held my hand through the whole process as a first time buyer. He found me a great house painter and an excellent flooring company. He checked my mail for me while the house was being remodeled and made himself available to let contractors in. He bought me a house warming gift and a new address tag for my dog (who he knows is my greatest love). And to this day, 3 months after my purchase, he will still answer any question I have about the area and give me great recommendations. He is more than a realtor. He is someone who will become your friend. Do yourself the biggest favor in the world and work with him.

We loved working with Stu! He was so responsive and professional. He really listened to what we were looking for, and he did not mind when in the end we totally changed our minds on the size and location! Also, since this was the first time we bought a home, he was very patient with us as he explained the whole process.
