He did a great job communicating during the entire process, and demonstrated excellent judgement regarding pricing and buyer/seller negotiations. In addition, because we were not local during much of the process, he helped immensely in managing the various inspections, appraisal, and repairs needed to close escrow. I was an out of town seller of a condo. Stuart went out of his way to help me prepare the unit in regard to price, terms, staging for photos, and answering numerous emails with my questions. He made sure all inquiries regarding documents were fully explained and emailed using "Docu Signer" to save us from driving 55 miles from our current location. He was patient with some intense back and forth and made a firm sale in one day of being listed at an excellent price!!! Almost makes me wish I had more units to sell.

Stuart is wonderful to work with. I was on the buying side on two homes with him and selling side for one. He consistently responded very quickly and never tried to pressure any action out of me. He helped with little tasks to help make my life easier such as changing out carbon monoxide detectors on my home prior to sale since I was out of town. We became friends over the course of our interactions and plan to remain so in the future.
