His willingness to assist and communicate on my behalf was far above what was expected. His ability to be both professional while also being an understanding and patient person, is what every realtor should strive for. He made sure that I was always informed, understood what was going on, always available to answer any questions I had and was with me every step of the way. He also has reached out a couple of times since the move has been completed to ensure that everything was satisfactory and to see if I needed anything. It is nice to not feel like a transaction and like a person.
