We stumbled across Stuart at an open house. We weren’t looking for a home but we happen to pass by an open house and decided to walk in. We liked the home and asked Stuart MANY questions, which he kindly answered. He referred us to his contact to begin the qualification process. He took some information from us in order to put our home for sale and that’s where our story began. A few days later, he came to our home and made his assessment and put our home up for sale by the weekend. He made sure to give us detailed information on the process and told us how to prep our home for the open house. A few days after the open house, he was in our home showing us the offers and had detailed information on the buyers. He was detailed with this process and allowed us to make the best decision on the buyer of our home. Our home was in escrow within a week. Throughout this time, he communicated the status on the sale of our home… He was in constant communication with us and the buyers agent. Even when nothing was happening, he texted us to let us know everything was flowing smoothly. The home buying process with him was amazing as well… spoiler alert, we didn’t get the 1st house, we got out bid. But we did find our dream home! He made the home buying process fun. I know it sounds weird, but Stuart found a way to make it fun. We were comfortable with bringing up what we wanted in a home.. the area.. the style.. he made every effort to find what we were looking for within our Preferences. He communicated efficiently. Responded to any questions I may have and if he didn’t know the answer he would go above and beyond to obtain it. In this market, he made it happen. He was persistent and communicative with us and the selling Agent. He was precise when it came to providing the agent with our expectations and wants. He was patient, kind and funny. We found our dream home thanks to Stuart. He made it happen!
