Many procedures for selling a house have changed since we last bought and sold a property. Stuart was very patient and thorough in helping us to come up to speed. Her advice was excellent and she demonstrated a very complete and useful knowledge of the market in our area. We always felt safe and confident in her guidance of our decisions. Stuart kept us up to date on all the issues and called us promptly when things changed or decisions were needed. I could always reach her by phone when we needed help. She guided us well in finding compromises for problems with the buyers' issues and complaints.

Stuart was recommended to me to help me sell my father's house and land after his passing. My father's house was unique and so finding local comps was not easy, but Stuart came to our very first meeting with that information ready to go. Since I wasn't local, she helped get the house ready to go on the market, put together a marketing campaign, and spent an entire day showing the house to realtors and prospective buyers.
