Stuart was recommended to me to help me sell my father's house and land after his passing. My father's house was unique and so finding local comps was not easy, but Stuart came to our very first meeting with that information ready to go. Since I wasn't local, she helped get the house ready to go on the market, put together a marketing campaign, and spent an entire day showing the house to realtors and prospective buyers.
