It look us exactly 10 months to the day to close on our “Short Sale” and she was working for us every step of the way. On top of daily conversations with banks, negotiators and other agents, she had to encourage two frustrated first time home buyers to hang in there and keep the faith. She was so patient with us and always happy to answer our seemingly endless brigade of questions. She was very knowledgeable about the area and had a great grasp the market in general. In addition, when all was said and done the other agent admitted that she only stuck with us for as long as she did because Stormy had been so great on a day to day basis.
