Stewart did a great job right from the start. His detailed comps analysis was significantly more thorough than that of other realitors we were evaluating. He moved quick in getting done what needed to be done to sell the property, gave us targeted feedback on repairs/upgrades that would have the best payback in the limited time we had. Communication was instant and constant. We had already moved over a 1000 miles away when we put the house on the market. Stewart took care of everything allowing us to not have to travel once the key repairs were done. This included returning our cable boxes, keeping tabs on the property while the house was unoccupied, and keeping up on the lawn care. There were also a number of problems with permits leading up to the closing. Stewart took care of all this, again saving us travel back to Waltham MA. I highly recommend Stewart!
